Approach
Guided Intelligence.
Our method for making AI useful. Six deliberate stages, in order, from understanding your work to measuring what changed.
The six stages
- 01
Understand
Every engagement starts with the people doing the work — their roles, their pain points, how decisions really get made — and with the work itself: how your business runs today and where friction lives. No recommendations until we understand both. It's the step most AI projects skip, and the reason most of them stall.
- 02
Prioritize
Not every opportunity deserves your investment. We weigh each one against value, feasibility, and your team's readiness, then sequence deliberately: now, later, or not at all. Sometimes the right answer is process improvement with no AI in it — we'll tell you when it is.
- 03
Design
Before anything gets built, we design the future state in concrete terms: how the work will flow, who owns each piece, and what changes for the people involved. The output is a plan specific enough to execute — and honest enough to survive contact with reality.
- 04
Build
We don't stop at recommendations. We configure tools, build automations, and carry the work from idea to launch — handling the implementation details that stall most projects between the plan and the go-live.
- 05
Enable
A solution nobody uses is a cost, not an asset. We work directly with your team until the new way of working is understood, trusted, and theirs — because value only shows up when adoption does.
- 06
Optimize
After launch, we look at what actually changed: time returned, cycle time, adoption, quality. Some things will need adjusting — that's expected, and we make the adjustments. What works becomes the template for the next opportunity.
What We Measure
Every engagement defines success before work begins. These are the dimensions we typically measure against.
The values shown are illustrative examples of how we frame measurement — not client results. Real targets are defined with you, against your baseline, at the start of an engagement.
